On day3, we had the chance to volunteer at Sailability! We enjoyed a boat ride, helped carry boats, and savoured Australian-style BBQ hot dogs.
It was a fun-filled day with lots of laughter, especially as we connected with our Sailability friends. We also met our local friend, Amy, a working professional from Thailand who speakers Japanese, and she joined us for the day. One of our student taught everyone how to communicate using sign language, and we learned valuable skills in connecting with a wide range of people, including those with disabilities. It was a wonderful experience that taught us the power of communication in diverse ways!
