On day7, the students put on their aprons and hats to learn how to cook in English at the Hospitality school, ABM. They learned how to make scones and tiramisu, while Chef David, who used to work at the Opera House, taught them about the history of the dishes and how to prepare them.
In the afternoon, the group headed to Planet X Youth Centre in North Sydney, where they met local Australian students aged 14-18. Everyone had a great time chatting, eating sushi, and enjoying the desserts they had made. What a fantastic cultural experience!
